15th Century Two-Handed Sword

This is a replica of a large two-handed sword from the 15th century, inspired by a blade in the Royal Armouries Collection. The sword is a great example of how medieval armor was preferred over earlier, smaller swords. This replica, with its size and weight, shows how soldiers in the late medieval period used more specialized weapons.
