Product Overview
This is the classic American frontier knife in a modern style with a black finished blade, pommel, and guard. It has a long, thin blade from high carbon steel or 1075 with a full, broad tang to boot. The hardwood handle is fashioned in the traditional coffin shape of early American bowies, and stained a deep black/brown. The blade of the pre-sharpened knife is tested to the limit and made by master blacksmiths. The knife includes a black leather belt sheath with steel throat and chape and a certificate of authenticity signed by all smiths who contributed to its construction.
