Product Overview
An excellent replica of a knife that was originally found near Dresden, Tennessee and is currently on display at the Nashville Tennessee War Memorial Museum. The partially decomposed blade bears an etched “D. Crockett”, the guard is missing, and half the grip is rotted. Our reproduction dagger features a sharp, hand-forged blade, a brass oval guard typical for the period, a medium brown stained hardwood grip, and a brass buttcap. It also comes with an authentic leather sheath with a wide belt loop that can accommodate belts up to 3 3/4” wide, and a leather retaining strap.
