This pattern 1856 sword bayonet fits two-band Enfield and P1861 Enfield Masketoons equipped with a stud on the side of the barrel. This bayonet was imported by both the North and South for use during the American Civil War. Our excellent replica is hand forged from tempered high carbon steel and comes with a black leather scabbard. Belt-frog is shown in the picture but is not included, sold separately.
