This Confederate sword was originally made by W.J. McElroy of Macon Georgia. Thjis fine sword has a decorated brass guard with black leather and single brass wire wrapped grip. The blade is profusely etched with McElroy name tobacco and cotton leaves along with the letter CS in old englishscript.
