This is a beautiful traditional Japanese knife that was used for hundreds of years in villages and in camps by soldiers. You'll still find them today. It's very light, simple and easy to carry and use. After using this surprising agile and refreshingly simple knife we were sold. Genuine water buffalo horn handle and high carbon steel, hand forged blade. Piemontese opening system along the spine so your thumb holds the blade in place. It includes a carry bag and leather thong. It's an attractive, useful knife made by Windlass. 6 3/4" overall, 2 3/4" blade.
