High above Edinburgh looms its formable castle. Contained within one of the inner baileys stands the Scottish National War Memorial. Among the many works of art honoring Scotland's dead is this beautiful sword. We found it so impressive that we wanted to offer this replica in homage to this brave land and people. Fitted with a distinctively Scottish guard coupled with a seashell pommel, both of brass. Along with the well-tempered carbon steel blade, the sword comes to hand as a well-balanced slashing and thrusting weapon that was used to great effect by the Scots throughout the Middle Ages.
