The edge of the wreath should be A¾ of an inch from the front edge of the collar; the stars are to be of an inch from the front edge of the collar. The stars are arranged horizontally the center star is A¼ of an inch in exterior diameter and others A¾ of an inch one on each side of the center star. The background color denotes the branch color of the army. Wool with metallic thread. Sold in pair.
