The epaulettes for First Lieutenant and Second Lieutenant are for the Civil War period. have two and half inches long gold fringes and 1/8 inch in diameter. First Lieutenant have silver bars on them. 2nd Lieutenant have no bars. Sold in pair. Rank Insignia sold separately.
