Product Overview

The Confederate Foot Artillery Short Sword is a historically inspired Civil War sidearm modeled after the compact weapons carried by Confederate artillery troops during the American Civil War. Designed for durability and close-quarters utility, this distinctive artillery sword features a broad double-edged blade and robust brass hilt construction that reflects the practical military styling of Confederate service weapons.

This finely crafted replica is equipped with a tempered carbon steel blade that remains true to the simple yet effective design of original artillery swords. The wide unfullered blade provides an authentic appearance, while the brass cross guard prominently displays the cast letters "C" and "S" on each end, representing Confederate military heritage. These distinctive markings make the sword particularly appealing to collectors and Civil War enthusiasts.

The sword is accompanied by a leather scabbard fitted with brass mounts for an authentic military presentation. Ideal for reenactment, museum display, historical collections, and Civil War military décor, this Confederate Foot Artillery Short Sword offers a faithful representation of one of the era's most recognizable artillery weapons.

    Excellent Item Great Seller

For the build, fit and everything else about this short sword the price is very fair. The entire sword was completely covered in protective wax (like cosmoline but without the unique smell) which is easily wiped off with mineral spirits. The piece has an excellent heft and balance and fits snug in the scabbard. OUtstanding item; will recommend to everyone I know into historical weapons.
